gail mayi is a 20-something, kenyan-american, multidisciplinary creative; working in the performing, written, & visual arts.
she is rooted in both southern california and the bay area—finding her foundation in the south, and her present in the north.
at an early age, gail followed her artistic inclinations, leading her to branch out into many interconnected disciplines;
including: bts/until stills photography, the written word, movement performance, and film + tv acting.
she studied psychology & the humanities at san josé state university, and applies those human focused principles to her artistic practices.
